Steps to master Yi quan

  1. ①Tanto (站椿)

    Statistic training to develop inner power "Ki(氣)".

  2. ②Shiryoku (試力)

    Slow movement to change "Ki" from statistic situation into dynamic situation.

  3. ③Haturyoku (発力)

    Dynamic training to use "Ki" and total power of body

  4. ④Hohou (歩法)

    Way of walk with Iken method

  5. ⑤Suishu (推手)

    To understand the connection with center of others body by keeping arm joint.

  6. ⑥Sanda(散打) or Sanshu (散手)

    Sparring or Kumite

We held Yi quan seminar bi-weekly, at near Hiyoshi & Tsunashima Station on Toyoko line.
