About Yi quan

You are able to get healthy by doing Yi quan training.

The training of Yi quan is not so hard like kickboxing and jujutsu.
By keeping Yi quan training, you can get deep breathing and relax condition step by step.

And you need not do Sparring or Kumite if you would not like to do Bujutsu training.

We held Yi quan seminar bi-weekly, at near Hiyoshi & Tsunashima Station on Toyoko line.
